After nine years as a literacy specialist teaching support classes for 9th and 10th graders - and occasionally other things (most recently junior IB English A Language & Literature and Theory of Knowledge) - I returned to English/Language Arts instruction full time for the 2015-16 academic year. For 2016-17, I teach three sections of seniors, one section of juniors, and the ELA Collection of Evidence class for seniors needing to meet state graduation requirements.

Previously I have taught AP Language & Composition, English/Language Arts, Social Studies, and Geography.

I have been a member of the RHS staff since 2006, and a teacher since 1999. I am a Canadian citizen by birth and a US resident since 2003.

In my spare time: I read, do all sorts of stitching crafts, pass time with puzzles and coloring, play table-top games, enjoy musical things, and referee roller derby.
