8th Grade Update 11.13-11.17
Posted by Abby LeBaron on November 09, 2017 at 7:19pm

8th grade updates:

Students are currently in their 2nd week of reading Science-Fiction or Dystopian novels; they will need to read a minimum of two during the month of November.  As a class, we have been closely studying the short story “The Veldt” by Ray Bradbury and will hold our first Socratic Seminar this week.

I am hopeful that I will see many of you at conferences the week of Thanksgiving; as always, please reach out if you have questions specific to your student or want to schedule a different time to discuss student progress if you will not be able to make it to conferences.
