Yoga and mindfulness have many health benefits.  During our morning practice students will learn the power of their breath, yoga poses that increase strength and flexibility, and how to practice relaxation for overall health.  Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome!

Yoga Club is limited to the first 20 participants who fill this form in completely and

turn it into the office or Ms. Dauble AFTER October 2nd.
