Hello Tiffany Park Parents/Guardians:

You are cordially invited to join us for our Curriculum Night, Thursday, September 22nd. Doors will open at 6:15PM to give you  time to meet and greet other parents before we begin the formal part of our program at 6:30 PM.

The schedule for the evening includes opportunities for you to meet with your child’s classroom teacher as well as hear from all of the support staff who work with your children in other areas of the school, such as PE, Music, Library, ELL, and reading support. We have invited Thomas Suttle, a District Digital Learning Coach who is working closely with our staff to integrate technology in classroom instruction. He will share information about digital learning opportunities in our school, the importance of introducing digital citizenship to students, as well provide information regarding parent access to various online district information sites.

The schedule for the evening:

6:15 – 6:30          Doors open to the cafeteria

6:30 – 6:45          Staff and PTA introductions in the cafeteria

6:50 – 7:20          Primary parents attend classroom presentations

Intermediate parents remain in cafeteria for presentations by all support staff.

7:25 – 8:00          Intermediate parents attend classroom presentations

Primary parents return to cafeteria for presentations by all support staff

This evening is meant for parents/guardians and offers an important opportunity for you to meet your child’s teacher, learn about classroom expectations and routines, and receive information about what students will be learning in class. Unfortunately we are not able to provide child care.

To acknowledge and celebrate your commitment to your child’s education, a drawing for several gift cards will be held after each cafeteria session.

We look forward to seeing you Thursday, September 22nd at 6:30PM!
